Visual literacy

This is a picture of my television inside of my room. This is something that involves commission and memory every day. Its purpose is to display images to show its viewers and its viewers come to their own conclusion on its meaning. Television involves displaying a lot of different images through broad spectrum of variety, as in our readings "contrast is often the most important". So by television constantly using contrasting images visual literacy of being able to conduct meaning through them is developed. According to Kennedy's framework for developing visual literacy having acquired visual literacy proves to be a useful tool allowing for more critical thinking and enhanced intellectual capacity. Everything is a image and is collaborative and succumbs to being a universal international language enhancing ourselves visually through television.
